Electromagnetic Heating Temperature Control System Based on LADRC

Electromagnetic heating technology, or induction heating technology, is an important application of ferrari electromagnetic induction technology, which is a process of energy conversion from electrical energy to thermal energy using the principle of electromagnetic induction. Compared with traditional heating technology, electromagnetic heating has high energy efficiency, high safety, energy saving and environmental protection. Aiming at the problem that the temperature control accuracy of electromagnetic heating equipment in the current market is not high, LADRC control method is applied to the system in this paper to overcome the deficiency of the original algorithm. In the Matlab/Simulink environment, the traditional PID and LADRC are simulated and studied. The research shows that LADRC control makes the system overshoot smaller, the adjustment time is shorter, the control precision is high and the system is more stable.
