This talk will reveal the mechanism for obtaining high flat ZT (～1) in the range of 300-400 K in Ag_2Se bulk sample, making it a potential room temperature thermoelectric material. In this talk, parameters for reliable optimization of ZT will be pointed out and future prospects for this material will be discussed.
