Microstructure and thermoelectric properties of Fe_2VAl co-doped with Ta and Si

摘要

We fabricated Fe_2V_(1-x)Ta_xAl_(1-y)Si_y bulks with high power factor. Annealing conditions changed the distribution of the Ta, Si-rich secondary phases.
