Combatting Misinformation and Building Trust in the Media

Trust in journalism, search engines and social media has been on a sharp decline over the last years. "Fake News" is a reality and internet users struggle to distinguish credible information from falsehood. In this talk we will discuss tools and methodology we as researchers at Google are building to restore online trust and combat misinformation.
