Realizing the instant exchange of vehicle information through V2X communications is an effective method to help improve the efficiency of vehicle communications. Platoon communications is a typical application in V2X communications and is considered to have broad application prospects in improving road capacity and traffic safety. This paper considers the scene of a platoon moving in a straight line in a freeway environment, in which vehicle users (VUs) transmit safety messages and infotainment information. The spectrum resources are divided into multiple resource blocks (RBs) with the same bandwidth, and all VUs are allocated with dedicated RBs to share safety messages. In order to increase the spectral efficiency and satisfy the communication demands of VUs, we select CUs for VUs as spectrum sharing partners to share infotainment information. Finally, a b-matching based spectrum sharing (BMSS) scheme is proposed to minimize the average delay of all VUs. Simulation results illustrate that, the proposed scheme shows a better performance in terms of average delay and spectral efficiency compared with Gale-Shapley (GS) algorithm and random selection.
