Diode Detectors with Extended Dynamic Range for Radioastronomical Receivers

摘要

The development and study of the characteristics of diode microwave power detectors with increased linear part of their transfer characteristic has been carried out. The schemes of half- and full-wave detectors, including those with series-connected diodes, are investigated. The developed schemes are implemented in several experimental samples. The results of measuring their main performance characteristics and comparison with the results of numerical calculations are given.
