摘要

The selected Widdel medium successfully enhanced the methanogenic enrichment culture both in benzene-degradation rate and abundance of the involved microorganisms, particularlyputative benzene degrader Hasda-A. This result is significant to produce capable enrichment culture for both studying mechanism of anaerobic benzene degradation and bioremediation in the field.
