A Robust Optimization Approach to the Regional Construction and Demolition Waste Reverse Logistics Network Design

摘要

The uncertain supply of the construction and demolition waste (C&DW) affects the robust design of the regional C&DW reverse logistics network. In order to make the reverse logistics network have certain robustness and do not generate a large cost of robustness, the decisionmakers need to decide the quantities and locations of the sorting and recycling facilities in the network, as well as the flow of wastes among the network nodes. In this article, we use robust optimization method to establish the decision-making model of this problem. The proposed model can adjust the robustness of the reverse logistics network according to the degree of uncertainty, which provides a decision tool for the design of the regional C&DW reverse logistics network.
