摘要

With the sustainable progress of new urbanization, the size and quantity of construction program is increasing gradually. Currently, it only has very few evaluation criterions in terms of management level. To comprehensively evaluate the collaborative effect of construction program management, four dimensions of collaborative evaluation index system of construction program management are constructed in this paper, including information collaboration, organization collaboration, resource collaboration, and target collaboration. On the basis of matter element extension theory, an evaluation model of the management synergy effect based on multilevel extension method is established to provide reference for enterprises to improve engineering project cooperation ability and management efficiency. The evaluation method is applied to the evaluation of a thermal power station construction program, which verifies its scientific rationality and feasibility.
