摘要

The large amount of CO_2 produced in the building sector has a huge impact on the environment. The promotion of industrialized buildings is an important way to save energy and reduce emissions. However, due to the late start of China's building industrialization, the research on carbon emissions of industrialized buildings is still insufficient. Building information modeling technology (BIM) can rely on parameter model to realize the sharing and transmission of building life cycle information, which opens up a new avenue for the study of building carbon emissions. Therefore, based on the wide review of previous literature, this study firstly divided the life cycle of industrialized buildings, then analyzed the carbon emissions within each stage, and built the parametric prototype system of life-cycle carbon emissions calculation based on BIM technology. This system will provide the basis for further calculating carbon emissions of various types of industrialized buildings so as to explore the carbon reduction space and ensure a low-carbon development of building industrialization in China.
