摘要

A multi-area surface defect detection system based on machine vision is designed .Taking the thermostat shell as an example, by analyzing the characteristics of the shell, the shell is divided into three regions corresponding to three workstations.The experimental results show that the compact system effectively solves the problems of concave and convex surface, complex features and large amount of detection.The algorithm structure achieves a versatile and accurate judgment of various surface defects.It has a good reference and promotion significance for other similar products.
