The Farnsworth Munsell 100 Hue Test . a test which measures an individual's hue discrimination ability,operates with the fundamenral assumption that it is administered asing a fised standard illvainant. This assaroption is violated when the tesing illuminant is changed as is common then testing color discxiroiaation ability of an illarninant-wbich likely causes a ceorclering of the caps in the test To eosure that a partieipant is not falsely penalized for correctly responding to a hue transposition caused by the new testing light source an adjusted error scoxe is proposed which xeconclies light source induced hue transpositions and participant performance on the test.
