Results of theoretical studies of the interaction of a sheet electron beam with a follow space wave harmonic of comb- slow-wave structure are presented in cases of oblique incidence of the beam on the system and when the beam moves along the system. The maximum gain, efficiency, bandwidth of amplified frequencies with various input signals and beam thicknesses are calculated. It is shown that, at low accelerating voltages, the output characteristics of the amplifier model with a rectilinear electron beam are inferior to the amplifier model when the beam is inclined.
