This article probes into information quantification of Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation in the virtual environment by using multiple linear regression method, analyze abstract information contained in technique to obtain mathematical relationship between variables by linear regression analysis, and the mathematical models should meet scientific simulation and real-time records of shift, angle and other information contained bone-setting manipulation, and realize rational knowledge of manipulation and internal fracture change, and provide scientific research platform that can be recorded for the information quantification of Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation. It is important measures to improve the quality of teaching, quality of care and benefit inheritance in Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation.
