Aiming at the control problem of cement decomposing furnace outlet temperature, the T-S fuzzy model and sliding mode variable structure control are combined to propose a sliding mode variable structure control strategy for cement decomposition furnace based on T-S fuzzy model. The sliding surface based on the combined approach law is constructed, and the controller design process is given to avoid the chattering problem of the sliding mode before and during the sliding mode and the traditional sliding mode. The Lyapunov stability theorem is used to guarantee the global asymptotic stability of the system state. Finally, the Matlab simulation shows that the controller is effective and robust.
