In order to improve the efficiency of visible light communication, the optical communication system based on white light LED and OFDM technology is designed and realized by using the preferred white light LED beads and OFDM modulation technology. In this paper, the characteristics of white light LED radiation are analyzed, and the OSRAM S3030 white LED lamp is selected. OFDM modulation technology is applied to the transmitter of the VLC system to generate a real OFDM waveform and a random bit sequence, and the random bit sequence is modulated by orthogonal amplitude modulation. The experimental results show that the VLC system designed in this paper has high data transmission rate and bandwidth.
