Research on the Application of Big Data in Community Smart Service

摘要

The development of a new generation of information and communication technologies represented by Big Bata has brought new opportunities for community governance and service innovation. Intelligent governance and intelligent services are the main trends and future directions of community building. This paper mainly studies how the community applies Big Data to promote its development towards smart, and how to use the Big Data idea to build a comprehensive coverage of smart service system, improve the intelligent level of community service to meet the new personalized, humanized and precise service needs of community residents.
