Regarding Developing of Program-Technical System for Analyzing Operating Modes of Power-Supply Systems in Oil Producing Companies

Nowadays intelligent systems of controlling and monitoring electrical grids such as SMART GRID or "Intelligent Well" are widely implemented in Russian industrial enterprises. On the other hand, existing methods of modeling electrical grids are not able to estimate advantages and potential problems of using intelligent technologies under real conditions. Special attention is paid to oil producing companies that have large amount of controlling and monitoring systems but their total efficiency is not high due to lack of complex testing methods of implemented systems in a various regimes before installation. For solving this problem, a special testing system needs to be developed. This article presents conceptual model of program-technical system for analyzing operating modes of electric power supply systems. This system might be a tool for checking real efficiency of different structural and functional decisions in electric power supply systems.
