Role of Process Automation in Quality Management of Enterprises in Perfumery and Cosmetic Industry

Perfumes and cosmetics goods are very important in human life, therefore, the enterprises of this industry pay with attention to the quality management process. Perfumes and cosmetics companies try to automate the processes (manufacture processes and management processes) due to the need to make decent competition in the current market conditions and to provide high quality goods. Automation not offers manufacture and management processes only, but quality management processes also. Quality management processes basically use statistical analysis methods. In this work emphasized the relevance of the automation of quality management processes, especially the automation of statistical data processing. This work has generally review character, but even with this approach it is impossible to compile all the knowledge about the use of AI for automation of management and manufacture processes.
