A Decision Support System for a Surgeon in Preoperative Planning of Mini-laparotomy Gallbladder Surgery

The article is devoted to a developed decision support system for a surgeon in preoperative planning of mini-laparotomy gallbladder surgery. The structure of the decision support system is presented. The sets of indicators are defined that a surgeon should take into account when performing the selection of surgical approach localization and quantitative assessment of a surgical approach. A developed algorithm of decision-making support of a surgeon in preoperative planning of mini-laparotomy gallbladder surgery is presented that takes into account individual characteristics of a patient. The algorithm was implemented in the SurgEXPERT software package.
