Robotics is a highly cross-cutting frontier discipline. It is used in fields that are extremely dangerous to human beings such as scientific and technological exploration, military reconnaissance, mine clearance, and nuclear contamination prevention. The advantages in the field of its application are drawing more and more countries' attention. In this paper, according to the development status of the wheel-foot robot at home and abroad, the overall structure of the robot is determined. Based on this, the gait planning and walking simulation are made. The software and hardware system that meets the requirements are designed.
