Aiming at the control problem of the servo control system of electromechanical actuators (EMA), this paper designs a digital controller for EMA. Strategy that combines the traditional feedback control with position feedforward control and the three-closed-loop control is in used, including LVDT position loop, RVDT velocity loop and the current loop. This strategy improves the response speed, tracking accuracy and anti-interference capability of the system. This paper uses LabWindows/CVI to design a control interface based on CAN communication, which is used to simulate the flight control computer. Finally, the experiments of the system tracking response and tracking response of the brushless DC motor are completed, they verify the rationality and reliability of the design.
