摘要

Low voltage continuous and discrete time schemes for operation of analog circuits are presented. These are gate driven schemes based on floating batteries that extend the headroom of the differential input stage. This allows them to operate with down to 0.55 V total supply voltage and with transistors in strong/moderate inversion. A continuous-time amplifier and a switched capacitor circuit are shown as application examples of the proposed low voltage techniques.
