A wideband circularly polarized antenna working at 48GHz has been investigated for 5G applications. It consists of only two parts, one of which is a single-layer radiator and the other is a SIW (Substrate Integrated Waveguide) feeding structure. These two parts are perpendicular to each other in space. After adjusting some parameters of the proposed antenna, the impedance as well as the AR (Axial Ratio) bandwidth of the proposed antenna are in line with expectations. Therefore, the simulated impedance bandwidth for $ert mathrm{S}11ert < 10ext{dB}$ as well as the 3dB AR bandwidth of the proposed antenna can reach up to 29.88% and 15.63% respectively. Meanwhile, the proposed antenna has stable RHCP radiation pattern and gain. Index Terms-CP, wideband, 5G
