PixCaptcha as graphical password is done by cropping the image from the selected image according to the hints and paste it in the appropriate place. Even though the graphical passwords are the best replacement to overcome the limitations of the alpha numeric passwords, the encrypted graphical password's database is cracked by the hacker with the Rainbow table attack. Rainbow tables make password cracking much faster than earlier methods, such as brute-force cracking and dictionary attacks. Here a strong encryption algorithm is applied before storing the password in the database. Gaussian Elimination Technique is applied and Cleaves encryption is a new encryption scheme that provides strong resilience against Rainbow table attacks. This paper is presented with implementation of PixCaptcha as Graphical password, Gaussian Elimination Technique and Cleaves encryption algorithm which is applied to useful real-world scenario such as password protection. Further, it facilitates the high security by increasing the complexity of password guessing and cracking attacks.
