To determine the critical gas hydrate saturation for the field production test condition, a computational numerical model that reflects the conditions of a mini pressure cell decompression dissociation experiment according to gas hydrate saturation was constructed. The numerical model was verified by comparing and analyzing the experimental and numerical simulation results. Further, the dissociation behavior and gas/water production of various gas hydrate saturation conditions were analyzed. As a result, the critical gas hydrate saturation was determined by changes of gas and water productivity.
