In recent years, the construction industrialization has become the development trend of the construction industry. China vigorously promote the construction industrialization. In view of the current development of China's construction industry, the structural model of the industrial chain of the industrial construction is obtained by analyzing the whole process of industrial construction, and shows the three main actors in the whole industry chain of industrialized buildings, which is the developers, governments, and consumers, and then the game theory is used to analyze the relationship between the development enterprises and the government, the development enterprises and the consumers. The suggestions are put forward for the government, the development enterprises, and the consumers to promote the development of the construction industry according to the results of game theory.
