A Study on the Development Trend of China's Information of Construction Industry:A Perspective of Public Policy Analysis

In the background of global information, information of construction industry has increasingly become the focus of general concern in the China's construction and the practice departments. In order to propel the development of information of construction industry, the ministry of housing and urban and rural development issued guidance document that indicates the development direction of information of construction industry, the guidance document can help to develop information of construction industry. The analysis of the relevant policy document will clarify well the direction of the policy document, and determine the industry and the enterprise implementation. Therefore, this paper collects the development outline that related to the information of the construction industry since implementing the information of construction industry in China, and analyzes it by the policy text analysis method. It mainly includes: on the one hand, this paper analyze the value structure of the policy text to identifying the direction of the development of information of construction industry, the purpose is providing reference to the development of information of construction industry; on the other hand, this paper uses longitudinal study to comparing content of four key development outlines that related to information of construction industry. The conclusion of this paper can provide guidance for the theoretical and the practical to further grasp the development trend of information of construction industry.
