Center of space education, science and technologies in EAO

摘要

The aim of the present work is suggesting innovative, scientific, and technical solutions for creating an observational and promotional world-class center in the field of studying the near and far space. The proposed project provides for formation and development of the Center of space researches and technologies on the base of Engebardt Astronomical Observatory (EAO) infrastructure using the available resources of the observatory and the departments of astronomy, radiophysics, radioastronomy, and radioelectronics. The work describes the mail components of the center whose choice comply with the following conditions: 1) independence from climate changes; 2) high level of technical solutions for the iistrument base; 3) quick adaptation to new scientific and technological realities.
