Testing of different ways of overcoming untrafficable terrain

This article deals with the possible ways of overcoming untrafficable terrain. The mobility is one of the most important assumption of successful task-fulfillment of the army. The basic requirement for planning of the movement of the troops is the evaluation of terrain trafficability. In the case of untraffiacable terrain there is the need to accept measures to negotiate this area by planning detours or by adapting the terrain to trafficable by means for overcoming low endurable terrain. Testing of these means is described in this article.
