Modeling an unsteady flow over a pitching NACA 0012 airfoil Using CFD

摘要

This paper gives an insight into the modeling of unsteady flows over a NACA 0012 pitching airfoil using computational fluid dynamics. The theoretical background of unsteady viscous flows is presented, followed by a description of the CFD simulation. Obtained aerodynamic characteristics are presented, and an analysis of the data is given.
