The Importance of Educating Potential Leaders on Organizational Communication Theory

For this paper, we focused on three of the more basic theories associated with organizational communication; the process or classical theory of communication, the contingency theory of communication, and chaos theory of organizational communication. Research into the effect of organizational communications on employee perceptions of organizational change demonstrate that application of a robust communication strategy can help facilitate change. (4) This supports the position of the paper that training leaders of the theory of communication is an important aspect to their development and success.
