Research on the impact of products exchange policy on bullwhip effect of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain

In this paper, the impact of products exchange policy on the bullwhip effect of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain was studied, and the system dynamics model of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain system with uncertain products exchange percentage, collection percentage and remanufacturing percentage was built. The mathematic relationship between stock-flow diagram and variables was explained, and the impact of products exchange policy on the bullwhip effect of the re-manufacturing closed-loop supply chain under three kinds of as-usual total demand, mutation demand, seasonal demand and stochastic demand, was taken into account. The results showed that the bullwhip effect of the members at all levels in the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain declines under the condition of three different as-usual total demands as the products exchange ratio increases, and the decline in the bullwhip effect of the manufacturer is gradually larger than that of the distributor and the retailer, so the products exchange policy plays a more significant role in inhibiting the bullwhip effect of the manufacturer.
