Blood oxygen saturation SpO2 of the human physical structure is very important, and it's a technique related to Photoplethysmography (PPG) which is a non-invasive way to work out our blood oxygen continuously. In this article, a two dynamic adjustable channel phantom of fetal and maternal pulse oximetry instrumentation is developed. The suggested system consists of 735nm-890nm IR-LED and its driver adjustable current circuit, silicon photodetector and data National instrument acquisition card. The LED pulse generation, digital signal filtering, and processing are done digitally by using LabVIEW. The results show that the designed system is capable of generating two dynamic signals from phantom as an artificial fetal and maternal pulse. This system is made for several future applications in biomedical especially trans-abdominal and fetal oximetry model.
