摘要

With growing environmental concerns, recovery optimization of mechanical products at the end of their useful life has been gaining increased exposure. Hybrid disassembly facilitates environmental sustainability through the improvement in material efficiency and reduction in energy consumption with hybrid disassembly planning, component reuse and material recycling. In this paper, a two-stage approach is proposed to identify the reusability of subassemblies and determine End-of-life options of subassemblies and components for economical and energy consumption objectives. Experimental results show that the proposed approach can lead to better net revenue and less energy consumption in comparison with existing product recovery optimization approach.
