Electromobility Challenging Issue: Relevant Charge Stations Locations for Shopping Centers, Working Places and High Traffic Areas: A Case Study of the Hauts-de-France (Northern Region of France)

For an accurate analysis of the charge stations dissemination in the whole territory of the "Hauts-de-France", many key steps must be checked: first, a data base must be built with the geographical coordinates of each charging infrastructure; Second, the locations must be compared to the territory attributes such as population density or land occupation and Third, actors of electromobility must be interviewed in order to measure the possible gap it exists between strategy and reality. This presentation focuses on the first step and the results of the research project called MOUVE (Mobility and Use of Electrical Vehicles) which started in February 2017: we will detail our database and describe the constitution process of the regional charging stations network of the "Hauts-de-France".
