摘要

With the growing demand for cloud services, [OpenStack] is a cloud platform operating system that attracted extensive attention. But OpenStack's scheduler does not have a method to filter out available hosts based on the detailed specifications setting by the user. Thus, in this paper, we utilized the Host Aggregate Filter to the OpenStack schedule filter, and select suitable machines for applications according to the use of CPU, hard disk usage, and network bandwidth requirements. The proposed method can find a physical host to run a virtual machine that meets the hardware requirements of applications and improve the efficiency and utilization of hardware resources.
