Optimizing the energy consumption and achieving the network wide load balance for longevity operations of the network are prime issues in the mobile ad-hoc networks. we present a new approach to optimize the energy consumption and achieved the network wide load balance among nodes using non-demonian sorting generic algorithms-II. The routing constraints for energy consumption and load balancing and formulation of the route are proposed. Two objective functions for energy consumption and load balance factor have been derived. To optimize these objective functions, NSGA-II is used. A theoretical study for estimation of route energy for the expected number of hops with random waypoint mobility is presented. The simulation results obtained in the simulation indicate that as we increase the number of generations, the better optimize results for energy consumption and load imbalance are obtained.
