Temperature sensor based on a core-offset Mach-Zehnder interferometer with single mode fiber

The MZI was implemented by core-offset fusion. The output power spectrum of the MZI showed a stripe contrast around 20 dB. The experimental results showed a change in wavelength due to a temperature change applied.
