Portable Safety Voice Information Recording Equipment

Based on actual requirements and safety reliability requirements, this paper presents a design scheme of safety portable voice information recording equipment. There are two main parts in the whole system, one is the voice recording board and the other one is the portable military laptop. The voice recording board uses advanced RISC machines chip as the main chip equipped with real-time operating system operating system in order to complete the task scheduling. The board selects a dedicated audio processing chip and global positioning system chip with a high sampling rate, a high sampling accuracy and a good time base standard. And the voice recording board which replacing the idle CD-ROM of the laptop communicates with it by network interface with radio and handle interface can be connected to the radio stations. Designing a special PC software for voice processing to complete arrangements and tasks in the PC terminal. It has the much efficient ability to make the voice recording, storage, analysis of the process conveniently and reliably by using the software.
