基于MSP430的便携式气象预警信息语音播报装置

摘要

针对气象预警信息的远程广播发布的应用需求，设计了一种基于MCU控制和GSM通信技术的便携式气象预警信息语音播报装置。该装置使用MSP430F149作为主控芯片，通过AT指令、命令帧和端口操控的形式，完成对GSM通信模块、语音转换模块和12864中文液晶显示模块的控制，实现了气象预警信息远程发布、语音播报和中文实时显示等功能。%In order to satisfy the requirem ents of the application of remote broadcasting meteorological early warning information issue, a portable voice broadcasting device of meteorological early warning information is designed based on MCU control and GSM communication technology. This device adopts MSP430F149 as the main control chip to complete the control of the GSM communication module, voice conversion module and 12864 Chinese liquid crystal display module in the forms of AT command, command frame and port control. Therefore, the functions of meteorological early warning information remote release, voice broadcasting and Chinese real-time display are realized. Application of the device is of great importance to enriching weather warning information dissemination channels and improving the ability of the primary emergency response for meteorological disasters prevention.
