1. GORE® had developed and commercialized innovative catalytic filtration for Dioxins/Furans destruction 18 years ago. 2. Recently GORE® developed and commercialized catalytic filtration for destruction of NOx and NH_3 with minimal disruption to the equipment and process already in use at an existing facility. 3. Applicability, limitations, and case examples with results for both products are presented. 4. A concept of new plant design combining the advantages of dry sorption of acid gases with GORE® catalytic filter bags is also addressed.
