Based on the problem of information overload in the context of "Double First-class" university construction, this research explores the role of university users' information overload in influencing library performance from the coordination between information behavior and information resources. Specifically, this research analyzes the moderating effect of university users' information literacy and knowledge structure on the relationship between information overload and library performance, taken 10 "Double First-class" universities as the research object. The results show that the information overload of university users is negatively correlated with the library performance, and the information literacy and knowledge structure are positively correlated with the library performance respectively. Based on this, the information literacy and knowledge structure respectively moderate the relationship between information overload and library performance. That is, under the strong information literacy or knowledge structure, information overload has a weaker negative impact on library performance. Finally, the discussion results and suggestions are given to promote the university library in the performance management to ensure the effective coordination between the users' information behavior and information resources.
