The Study on the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation of Business Performance of Credit Guarantee Institution

摘要

The breakthrough point of hedging the small and middle business financing channel is to build the advanced credit guarantee system, of which credit guarantee institution is an important link to constitution of the whole system. It is of great significance to strengthen supervision and examination of credit guarantee institutions for their investors-chiefly are government departments now, in attempt to evaluate the usage efficiency of their funds, maintain the regular order of credit transaction and ultimately promote development of the small and middle-sized enterprises. Therefore, based on analyzing the characteristic of the middle and small business, the paper puts forward the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to appraise their business performance.
