In the recent ten years, the Capital market in our country have got rapid development, they have irreplaceable effect for our country's economic construction. Among the standards to judge Capital Market's efficiency, the quality of accounting information disclosure is necessary. Accounting information disclosure as special goods, also has demand and supply. So in this article, I drew support from economical theory to analyze accounting information disclosure's supply and demand in the Capital Market.
