Study of International Subcontracts Subsequent Legislation Management in Xiaolangdi Dam Project

摘要

International Subcontract means an engineering purchase contract signed between a Main Contractor and a Subcontractor under the Main Contract. The Subcontract is based on and subject to the Main Contract. Subsequent Legislation is one of the key issues of international Subcontract management. In this essay, the author studies some sample claims concerning the change of Labor Law, restructuring of tax system, and the rate change of railway and highway freight charges which occurred in Xiaolangdi Project, and expounds the importance of Subsequent Legislation Management in International Subcontract management.
