Take the idea of "Competition and cooperation" as the core strategic supply chain management is the inevitably choice which our country oil-gas enterprises'' development. The supply chain management of our country oil-gas enterprises already won initial result. But compare with the international big petroleum company, the supply chain management of our country still is at the start stage. The supply chain interior service flow is insufficiently reasonable. The crosswise integration lacks. The informatization degree is somewhat low. It is restricted by the traditional idea and the talented person. The achievement appraisal target does not adapt the strategic supply chain management. In order to establish the more effective strategic supply chain system, oil-gas enterprises should reorganize the service flow, strengthen the crosswise integration, optimize the information system of strategy supplies the chain, renew the idea, train and introduce outstanding strategic supply chain managerial talent, establish the new achievement appraisal system and so on.
