A systematic behavior model based on time domain simulation to predict the EMI performance is analyzed. Optimization algorithm is used to improve the accuracy of modeling the impedance of the conduction path. Instead of a simple trapezoid wave, IGBTs and diodes' switching characteristics and their parasitic components are used to model the half bridge integrated power module (IPM). The comparison between simulation and experimental results validated the effectiveness of the proposed modeling methods from 10 kHz to 10 MHz in a three-phase Inverter with motor driving circuit system.
