摘要

This paper proposes a single-phase DC/DC inductive wireless power transmission(IWPT)system which uses a symmetric double LCC(LCC-CCL)compensation resonant tank.This IWPT system is featured by a three-level high frequency inverter adopting high-capacity SiC semiconductor power switches.The advantages of symmetric double LCC resonant tanks are discussed herewith,and the feasibility of the proposed IPT converter is demonstrated by an 800W-85kHz prototype based on a phase-shift PWM(PS-PWM)digital closed-loop control,whereby the characteristics on output power regulation are clarified as well as power conversion efficiencies.
