摘要

In this article Bragg grating waveguide with phase shift cavity biosensor is proposed for diagnosis of a various blood components. Analysis is performed for blood plasma, hemoglobin, blood glucose, biotin streptavidin and bovine serum albumin. Detection is done by observing shift in resonant wavelength due to the alteration in refractive index of different components of blood. Finite difference method is employed for analytical analysis of device.
